PRODUCT: Scaffolding Banner wraps

Materials
On scaffolding banners and wraps we use PVC mesh for the best tensile strength and air permeability. For banners up to 150m² we manufacture from 270gsm mesh, and for banners above 150m² we use 340gsm our Premium Mesh. Both grades are B1 Fire rated.

Printing
PVC mesh scaffold banners & wraps are full colour printed using UV ink technology ensuring a vibrant, hardwearing, durable and weatherproof finish.

Finishing
Scaffold banners wraps up to 150m², we would supply these with Heat welded hems and steel eyelets and double weld joints, on scaffold banners and wraps over 150m² we would also reinforce the outer hems with a polyester webbing stitched in before fitting the steel eyelets. Eyelets as standard are 12mm dia

Delivery
Orders are manufactured and delivered in 7 – 14 working days, and delivery costs vary depending on total weight of finished scaffolding banner wrap.
